Shipping policy

Delivery 

All delivery prices are valid to the UK Mainland only and excludes ANY of the following postcode areas AB 37-38 AB 41-45 AB 51-56 IV, HS, KA27/28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE, TR21-25

 we may be able to send smaller weight orders to these areas but cannot guarantee live insects or delivery times. Courier may be available although a surcharge will usually apply. You Must always  contact us for options if you wish to order from within these postcode groups. Any Orders made via us and choosing incorrect delivery option will be stopped and contacted immediately.

Cut off For Next day delivery is 1pm 

Damaged items due to delivery will only be accepted if the item is taken in on the first delivery attempt. Any further delivery attempt or items left with a neighbour are at your own risk. Epping Reef and Reptiles take no responsibility for the items after the first delivery attempt is made. 

Frozen Food 

Frozen items must be packaged correctly to ensure they arrive to you in the correct manner. This will incur an extra cost. You must select the frozen food delivery option. Does not include bulk Frozen orders or special order items.

 

Any Order for delivery outside UK will require you to contact us for a quote on shipping cost. We will quote on an item by item basis 
Certain items will not be shipped outside the UK due to regulations.
If you wish to have an order delivered outside mainland UK please contact us with the items you want to order and we can arrange a shipping quote for you.

 

Live Food Delivery 

All Live food delivery's will be shipped by 1st Class or next day courier to ensure your live foods get to you as quick as possible, all orders placed before 1:00pm should leave the same day. You must select the correct delivery option to ensure you get a prompt delivery.
